Fresh Green Beans
Olive Oil
Garlic (Clove or salt)
Feta Cheese
Pecans
Red Onion
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix whole beans with water, garlic, salt and pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Boil until tender crisp. (I sometimes do this step in the microwave in a covered bowl. It takes 6-8 minutes, depending on the quantity of beans.)

Remove from heat and drain. Toss gently with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic salt, and salt and pepper. Place on a serving platter and garnish with roasted pecans, feta cheese, and minced red onion.

*Be careful when roasting the pecans. They burn really quickly!
