1/2 of a Pound package of Rainbow rotini uncooked
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 Cup thinly sliced cheddar strips
1/2 Cup sliced pitted ripe olives
3 large green onions
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rotini, cook and drain. combine rotini, mushrooms, peperoni, olives and green onions. Blend olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss dressing with salad mixture. Let cook and then add cheese and toss again. Garnish as desired.
