2 C. Chopped Broccoli
2 C. Sliced Carrots
2 C. Chopped Cauliflower
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Milk
2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
1 Cube Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine veggies and boil until tender crisp. Drain and pour into a glass 9x13 baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and 1 can of milk. (Continued...)

Mix well and pour over vegetables. Salt and pepper lightly. Top with grated cheese. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Spread over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350º for 15-20 min, or until Ritz crackers are slightly browned.
