12 baby red skin potatoes
salt
pepper
garlic salt
parmesan cheese
2 TBSP butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Cook baby red skin potatoes. I microwave them but you can boil as well. When cooked, place on a cookie sheet. Cut an "x" in the top of the potatoes and use a glass to smash them open. Drizzle with melted butter and season to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake 10-15 minutes, until they are slightly browned.
