2 lb. Stew Meat (Beef)
8 Lg. Carrots
6 Med. Potatoes
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix (envelope)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop carrots and potatoes. Mix all ingredients in a deep casserole dish and bake at 275º for 6 hours or 325º for 3 hours.
