1 Can Chicken Broth
2 Potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 Shredded Carrot
2 Stalks Chopped Celery
1 C. Corn
2 C. Shredded or Cubed Chicken (cooked)
1 C. Shredded Cheddar
1/2 C. Chopped Onion
1 Cube Butter
1/4 C. Flour
4 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute 1/2 C. onion in 1 cube butter until tender. Add 1/4 C. flour and blend. Add 4 C. milk and stir until thick. Add chicken broth for proper chowder consistency. Add cubed, pre-cooked chicken, corn, carrots, celery, and potatoes, to creamed mixture.

Simmer 15-20 min. until vegetables are tender. Add cheese and stir until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
