2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. hotdogs, ground fine in food processor
5 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cover hamburger with water and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours.
Add ground up hotdogs and all of seasonings to hamburger.
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours. Don't cook down too dry.
Serve on hotdogs, steamed buns, with brown mustard and finely chopped onions.

I got this recipe over 30 years ago from a long time employee of Curtis'/ Coney Island Weiners. It is definitely the one we grew up loving and now craving!
This recipe makes a lot of sauce! Luckily, it freezes well.
