Ingredients:  
1 lb chicken breast
1 1/2 cup bbq sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp creole seasoning
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
1.Season Chicken with creole seasoning, salt and pepper.
2. Add a 1/2 cup bbq sauce to the bottom of crockpot
3. Add chicken to crockpot, then add the rest of the bbq sauce to cover the chicken
4. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours
5. Shred the chicken with 2 forks.
6. Let it simmer in the crockpot for a half hour.
7. Prepare your sandwiches (You can toast the hamburger buns if you would like) Enjoy
