1 lb chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 10oz package of frozen peas
1 10oz package frozen carrots
1 10 oz package of frozen corn
1 cup milk
2 Cups uncooked egg noodles
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray
2. Boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain water
3. In a large bowl combine all other remaining ingredients, Add cooked noodles to mixture, Gently stir to combine everything. Pour into prepared dish and cover with aluminum foil.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Add shredded cheese on top if you want and bake for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
