Cook pork loin in the crockpot. Shred by pulling apart with fork. In a large pan mix apple cider vinegar, salt, butter, liquid smoke and crushed red pepper. Linda is a fabulous southern cook! This recipe was used to feed a very large crowd at a church youth conference. I feel like I have a real treasure with this recipe. It is so good. Momma Kat.
