Cook pork loin in the crock pot. Shred by pulling apart with fork. In a large pan mix 1 c. cider vinegar,
1 t. salt, ½ stick of butter, ¼ t. liquid smoke and 1 ½ t. crushed red pepper. Use less pepper if you don’t want it as spicy. Bring to a boil and add pork. Let simmer at least 15 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve with coleslaw on a roll.
