one ten ounce package of peanut butter chips
one 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
one fourth cup butter
one 6 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips

melt peanut butter chips in large sauce pan. add one cup sweetened condensed milk and two tablespoons of butter. stir. remove from heat and spread on wax paper lining a 8in square pan. melt chocolate chips with remaining milk and butter. spread on
top of peanut butter mixture. chill for two hours.
