1 package of hot dogs
1 red bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 small can of tomato paste
Coke
Directions:
Directions:
Fry the onions and bell pepper with a little bit of olive oil until slightly cooked. Add tomato paste and stir. Mix will be thick and pasty. In a pyrex put the hot dogs and top with onion mix. Add coke until hot dogs are covered with liquid. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Serve over rice.
