2 cups cooked rice
2 cups milk (divided)
1//3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 salt
1 egg
2/3 cup raisins
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir and cook 1 and 1/2 cups milk with cooked rice for 15 -20 minutes or until thick and creamy. Add beaten egg with 1/2 cup milk and cook another 2 minutes while stirring. Stir in sugar, raisins, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Serve warm.
