8 yellow squash, cooked and drained
6 carrots, cooked and drained
2 eggs
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat squash and carrots together. Beat the other ingredients into squash and
carrot mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour.
