1 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter
1 c. Dark Molasses
2 Eggs
4 c. Flour
1 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Salt
2 tsp of Cinnamon
tsp Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, add molasses and eggs. Whisk together dry ingredients and add.

Chill for a few hours (the batter can be refrigerated indefinitly)

Pre-heat oven to 350`. Place a small amount of sugar in bowl. Break off and shape a ball of chilled dough, about walnut-size, rolling the ball in the sugar. Bake from 12-15 minutes less time for a soft, chewy cookie, longer for a crispier cookie.
