4 salmon steaks approx. 1/2 lb. each
Marinade:
1 t. lemon juice
1/4 t. honey
1/4 t. soy sauce
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 t. ginger
1/4 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Combine all marinade ingredients in zip lock bag. Add salmon and let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour. Place into a baking dish. Brush top of salmon steaks with marinade. Cover with foil and bake for 15 min. Remove foil. brush the marinade over the fish and broil for 5min to se the glaze.
