1c. sugar, 1/2c.water,1/2c.light corn syrup, 7 oz. raw spanish peanuts, 1tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. baking soda.

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave on high (100%). Stir together sugar, water, and syrup. Cook for 12 minutes or until bubbly. Stir in nuts. Cook for 4 minutes. Stir vanilla into syrup, cook for 30 seconds or until hard crack stage is reached. Take out of microwave and stir in baking soda, until light and foamy. Pour mixture onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread to 1/4 inch thickness. Cool. Break into pieces.
