2 cans (16 oz.) red salmon
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 T. grated onion
6 T. sour cream
1 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and remove the skin and bones. Mash with fork. Add all ingredients. Divide into 16 patties (flouring your hands makes it easier). Fry into a golden brown on hot oil.

May divide recipe in half. Only turn once. May top with sour cream or mayonnaise, and sprinkle with green onions.
