2 chicken breasts halves that are skinned and boned
2T cornstarch
1T water
2 large cloves of garlic minced or 1 T garlic powder
1 c chicken broth
4 t white vinegar,
1/2 t crushed red pepper
2T oil divided
1 large green pepper julienned
3T soy sauce
2 c hot rice or box of linguine noodles

Directions:
Cut chicken into thin strips, coat with mixture of 1T cornstarch,water, garlic. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix next three ingredients broth, vinegar and red pepper together. Heat 1 T oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and stir fry 3 min. Remove and add rest of oil and stir fry pepper 2 minutes. Return chicken to pan with broth mixture and stir in soy sauce. Cook til it thickens. Serve with rice or pasta.
