1 32 oz. bag of frozen cut green beans, thawed slightly
1/2 large white onion, finely diced
2 large fresh chicken breasts, cubed
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup of water

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat add 1/2 cup onion and begin to sweat onion. Add cubed chicken and garlic powder into pan and cook for 12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add water, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and pepper to the skillet. Stir together, then finally add green beans. Bring to a boil and then once it begins to boil, lower the temperature to a simmer and let it simmer for 25 minutes. Serve over steamed white or brown rice.
