1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely minced onion (1 medium onion)
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
1 package fine egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, saute onions and mushrooms. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Add sour cream to heat through. Serve over noodles.
