3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoon *pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/3 cups PET evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix in 3 qt. bowl, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 1/2 teaspoon *pumpkin pie spice.
2. Add and stir until smooth 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin, 1 1/3 cups PET evaporated milk and 1 slightly beaten egg.
3. Pour mixture into 9" unbaked pie crust.
4. Bake at 375º about 50 minutes or until firm.
5. Serve warm or cold.

*in place of pumpkin pie spice you can use 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves.
