Use the Sweet Yeast Dough Recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a large cookie sheet. Roll out a large piece of dough into a rectangle. Spread with softened margarine. Sprinkle with raisins (optional), brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll tightly together. Pinch the seam. Cut into 3/4" pieces and put on the greased cookie sheet. Let rise about half an hour or double in size. Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes. Remove from pan, cool slightly.
