Mix with immersion blender until smooth and cheese curds are smaller. Grease a cookie sheet. Using the sweet yeast dough, cut off a piece of dough about the size of a baseball. Roll about 1/8" thick and cut into squares about 3" x 3". Put 1 tbsp of the filling and fold in corners, pinch the seam very well. Place on greased cookie sheet, seam side down. Let rise about half an hour or double in size. Brush the tops with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 F for 25 - 30 minutes.
