Directions:
Put flour in a very large bowl. Sprinkle with yeast on top. Boil water in pot, remove from heat. Add oil, whipping cream, salt and sugar to the boiled water, stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. Pot may be placed in a sink of cold water to cool to lukewarm. Slightly beat egg yolks in a seperate bowl. Pour egg yolks over flour and yeast. Pour the lukewarm water mixture on top of the flour bowl. Mix with your hands, adding flour as needed until dough is no longer sticky. Keep mixing/punching until the down comes away from the sides of the bowl and doesn't leave clumps on your hands. (When you punch into the dough your knuckles should not have any dough stuck to them). Sprinkle flour over the top and cover loosely with a tea towel. let rise until it is doubles in size. Then use in favorite recipes included in this cookbook that ask for sweet yeast dough.
