1 lb. green beans
8 oz. mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed, plus 3 cloves
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. finely chopped onion
Kosher salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans in large saucepan and over with water. Bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8 - 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Set aside.

Sizzle the butter in a skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the onions with a pinch of salt and cook until soft. Toss in the minced garlic and cook 1 minute more.

Pour in the remaining tbsp. of olive oil and add the mushrooms. Turn the heat down to medium-low, cover the pan, and cook the mushrooms down until soft. Pile in the green beans, seasoning everything with salt and a generous amount of pepper. Stir it all up and serve.
