1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Beat all ingredients together in a metal bowl. Fill a pot (large enough to fit your bowl) with 2 inches water and bring to a boil. Place the bowl in pot of boiling water. Cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes without lifting lid. Remove and cut into cubes. Add to chicken soup.
