Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups seed tapioca
5 cups rhubarb
15 1/2 cups water
5 lemon slices
1 cup sugar
3 cups dried fruit
1 cup raisins
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Put first 5 ingredients into a pot and let cook until tapioca is almost done and rhubarb starts to dissolve. Add dried fruit, raisins and cloves. Cook about 10-15 minutes. Add more sugar if needed to taste. Add extra water if too thick. Can be eaten warm or cold.
