4 cups flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Filling:
Blueberry: 1 tbsp berries and 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sugar
Cheese: 2 cups dry cheese and 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, egg, milk and water together. Make a roll about 1" in diameter. Cut into 1/2 - 3/4" slices. Roll out each slice to about 1/8" thick circle. Put 1 tbsp of filling in the center of each circle. Fold in half and pinch edge together 2-3 times. Put in boiling water until they rise and are heated through. Serve with cream.

Leftovers can be fried and sprinkled with sugar.

You can freeze these before cooking. Just lay them on a cookie sheet to freeze, once individually frozen put them in a ziploc bag and put in freezer.
