1 C. soy sauce
1 C. dry cooking sherry
1/2 C. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh ground ginger
1 tbsp. dried oregano
4 crushed cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Pour into a gallon zip bag, add 3-inch pieces of salmon, refrigerate overnight and grill when ready.
