"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag unbaked, frozen dinner rolls
1 (3 oz.) package butterscotch pudding mix (not instant pudding)
1/2 C. brown sugar, packed
1/2 C. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, place frozen rolls in well greased bundt pan. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over the rolls. Sprinkle brown sugar over pudding mix. Sprinkle chopped pecans over brown sugar. Pour the melted butter over the entire thing. To prevent the dough from forming a hard crust while it's rising overnight, cover with a damp towel or tightly wrap with plastic wrap. Let rise overnight at room temperature, about 8 to 10 hours. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, then turn pan over onto a serving platter.
