Beef soup bones
1 tsp salt
1 medium onion
1 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 cups potato, cubed
1/2 cup frozen or fresh peas
Saurumple (sorrel)
5 eggs, hard boiled
Vinegar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the beef soup bones in approximately 1/2 pot water with salt and chopped onion for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Add carrots, celery and potato and boil for another 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Take out the beef bones, cool and take meat off bones, then return meat to soup. Add peas and boil another 5 minutes. Add washed saurumple and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped hard boiled eggs. Serve with a dash of vinegar.
