Ingredients:  
10 - 15 cups spinach (large tupperware bowl full)
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Wash your spinach then put into a pot of boiling water. Boil for 1-2 minutes and drain. Melt butter in large frying pan, then add spinach, and salt and pepper. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, add 2 beaten eggs and continue to fry until eggs cooked. Serve hot.
