1 lb. chicken breasts
1 can diced Italian seasoned tomatoes
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
butter, softened
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
mozzarella or provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place can of tomatoes in the crock pot and top with chicken breasts. Mix balsamic vinegar and honey together in a bowl and pour over everything in the crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 4 hours (Or until chicken pulls apart easily.) Mix softened butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. spread on opened slider buns or rolls and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or so, until they're a bit browned and crispy. Serve chicken on the rolls, topped with mozzarella and provolone. Roasted red peppers and onions made a nice addition. You could also make paninins or use foccacia bread.
