1 c Black Beans
1 c Black Eeyed Pea's
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 bunch Green Onions
1/4 c Pickled Jalapenos
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1 c Frozen Corn

Dressing
1/2 c Italian Dressing
2 fresh squeezed Limes
2 tbsp Jalapeno Pickle Juice
Garlic and Black Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Chop peppers, onions, and cilantro and mix with beans, pickled jalapenos and corn. Mix ingredients for the dressing and pour over mix. Chill for a couple of hours or overnight then serve with Scoops or Tortilla chips.
