2 TBlsp Sugar
2 TBLsp baking powder
1 TBLsp Baking Soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups lowfat buttermilk
½ cup melted unsalted butter
2 large eggs

Mix each separately then mix wet and dry together. Should be lumpy. Cook in pan with butter.
