1 box of graham crackers
2 (3 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
Chocolate Topping:
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. In large bowl combine pudding mix and milk. Stir well with whisk until thoroughly blended. Mix cool whip into pudding mixture. Spread half of pudding mixture over graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread remaining pudding over top. Top with final layer of graham crackers. For chocolate topping: Combine cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, butter and milk in sauce pan. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil one minute. Cool for a minute and pour over top graham cracker layer. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. Overnight tastes the best!

This is an easy and delicious no bake dessert. It is my daughter Caroline's favorite dessert. It really tastes best if made the day before.
