2 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
2/3 T. oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
6-7 c. self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add oil; cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Add egg, sugar and salt and enough flour to make stiff dough. Mix well, cover bowl and let raise until double in size, about 1 1/2 hours. Work down and make into balls. Place in buttered pan and raise 1 more hour. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
