2 dozen Eggs
1 lbs. Ground Sausage
2 lbs. Bacon
1 bag of Hash Browns with Peppers
1 Onion
1 large bag of Shredded Cheese
Turkey pan (the kind you use @Thanksgiving)

Directions:
Directions:
Cooking -
In a skillet cook the onion till soft. Add in the ground sausage and cook through. Cook bacon then crumble into little pieces. Cook the hash browns until golden brown. Crack eggs into a large bowl and make scrambled eggs.

Baking -
Using the ingredients layer into turkey pan.

First layer eggs
Second layer hash browns
Third layer sausage & bacon

Repeat till pan is full

Bake @ 350 till firm

When firm cover with cheese bake till cheese is melted
there you go

This is a must on Christmas morning. Sometimes we cover it with country gravy.
