1 Swiss Steak (London Broil), size optional
¼ - ½ cup flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package brown gravy mix
1 onion, quartered
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Flour and season the steak all over with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Brown the steak until browned all over. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. Add the onion to the pan and cook until caramelized.
5. Add the browned steak back to the pan. Add the mushroom soup, gravy mix and soy sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 - 1½ hours, or until cooked through.
