Base
2-3 stalks rhubarb chopped
3/4c sugar

Batter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt.
cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 Butter 8X8" pan.
2. Slice rhubarb and put in pan, Pour 3/4 cup sugar over it.
3. In a bowl, Mix batter and pour on top of rhubarb
4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
Especially good with cream poured over each serving
