4 large potatoes or 4 cups of mashed cooked potatoes
2/3 cup Cottage chees, creamed in a blender
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp onion powder
2-1/2 tsp salt
1/8 white pepper
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 can corn, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices Provalone cheese

Directions:

1. Peal potatoes. Cut into chunks. Put in pot and cover with water. Boil until easily pierced with a fork, about 20 minutes. Drain
2. Mash potatoes with a potato masher. Add creamed cottage cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter, corn, & mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
3. Pour into undressed 2qt. Casserole dish. Put slices of Provalone cheese on top.
4. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. Serve
