1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
12 oz. creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients until just combined. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 30 a 35 minutes in a preheated 425 degree oven.

A family favorite!
1 use the whole can of creamed corn and still comes out fine. It's really moist so refrigerate any leftovers.
