Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 t. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 t. mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup or tomato soup
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly beef, 1/2 c. of soup, bread crumbs, onion salt, pepper and mustard. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Blend remaining soup and the water. Heat. Pour over loaf and serve. 4-6 servings.
* I usually just mix the soup and water and pour it over the loaf for the last 15 minutes of baking.
