4 boneless chicken breast
1 16oz can enchilada sauce
1 pack of shredded mexican cheese
1 pack small tortillas
1 pack taco seasoning
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in taco seasoned water until done
Shred chicken
Preheat oven to 350f
Heat enchilada sauce on the stove
Have chicken in one bowl sprinkle salt and pepper and mix.
Mix half of the sauce with the chicken
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture roll them and put in a glass casserole dish
Pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas
Sprinkle cheese on the enchiladas
Bake in oven at 350f until cheese is fully melted about 15-20 minutes
