Ingredients:  
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large head of lettuce
1 green pepper (optional)
1 can red kidney beans (drained and toweled)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 bags taco chips (seasoned)
2 large bottles Kraft Catalina dressing
1 cucumber
1 tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and taco seasoning. Drain. In a large bowl, combine ingredients. Before serving, add crushed taco chips and Catalina dressing.
