1 pkg (4 serving size) jell-o fat free instant pudding
1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup thawed light cool whip
2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding and milk. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Stir in cool whip. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with nuts just before serving. Note: If you do not have pumpkin pie spice you can mix ground cloves, allspice and cinnamon.
