1 - chocolate graham cracker crust
2 squares baking chocolate
1/2 c Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 c toasted pecan pieces
2 - 4 oz instant chocolate pudding
2 c cold mile
1 8 oz Cool Whit

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate. Mix melted chocolate and eagle brand milk and spread over the bottom of crust. Put toasted pecans on the chocolate mixture and press in slightly. Cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Mix chocolate pudding and milk until smooth. Put 1-1/2 cups of chocolate mixture over the chocolate in crust. Mix remaining chocolate pudding and 1/2 of cool whip together and spread over chocolate pudding. Frost pie with remaining cool whip and decorate.

I use chopped pecans to decorate. To roast pecans place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and toast for 1-3 minutes. Watch carefully to insure they don't burn.
