1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1/4 inch strips
2 tbsp butter
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp ketchup
1 1/4 cup beef stock or 1 can beef broth
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 tbsp flour with salt. Dredge meat in mixture. Heat skillet, add 2 tbsp butter. Add meat strips and brown quickly flipping to brown all sides. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes or until onions are barely tender. Remove mixture from skillet. Add 2 tbsp butter to pan drippings. When melted blend in 3 tbsp flour and add ketchup. Slowly pour in cold beef broth. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Return mixture to skillet. Stir in sour cream, heat briefly.

Note: May use cooked roast beef cut thinly instead of beef sirloin.
